Nanyang Executive Centre (NEC)

The Nanyang Executive Centre (NEC) is located within the campus of Nanyang Technological University. 📌Location📌

A short walk and a free shuttle bus ride will bring you to the conference venue (more info will be updated soon). 

To get to NEC from Changi International Airport, you can... 

• Take a taxi (you may mention to the chauffeur 'Nanyang Executive Centre inside Nanyang Technological University' or give the postal code '639673').  Journey time ~45 min (off-peak hours). Fare : ~SGD45+/-10 (All taxis are metered. There may be surcharges for peak hour and after midnight).

• It is less convenient by public transport. You can take the subway system (MRT) from "Changi Airport" to "Pioneer" Station. Take Exit A from Pioneer Station, and you will arrive at a bus stop. Take bus 179 and alight at the "Hall 2" stop. Directly across the street from the bus stop, is a sheltered walkway that goes down a slope. Follow the sheltered walkway and turn right at the end of the walkway and you will reach NEC (about 400 m). Public transport journey time : ~ 1 hr 45 min. Single ticket fare (ticketing machines) is < SGD5.00.

Directions within the airport to both the MRT and Taxis are clear and easy.

Genting Hotel Jurong

Another accommodation choice is the Genting Hotel Jurong.  The hotel is about 20min by bus to the conference venue. Daily bus transport will be provided for conference attendees to and from the hotel, and the conference venue (included in the registration fees) . The hotel is also within walking distance of a major subway stop (Jurong East MRT Station) that links up to a good part of Singapore, including the international airport. Plenty of shops, eating places and other amenities can also be found in the vicinity of the hotel. 📌Location📌

To get to the hotel from Changi International Airport, you can... 

• Take the subway system (MRT) from "Changi Airport" to "Jurong East" Station. From Jurong East Station, it is a ~400 m walk to the hotel. Subway Journey time : < 1 hr 30 min. Single ticket fare (ticketing machines) is < SGD5.00.

• Take a taxi (you may mention to the chauffeur either 'Genting Hotel Jurong' or give the postal code of '608516').  Journey time ~40 min (off-peak hours). Fare : ~SGD35+/-10 (All taxis are metered. There may be surcharges for peak hour and after midnight).

Directions within the airport to both the MRT and Taxis are clear and easy.
