Abstract submission deadline: February 21, 2026. (23:59, GMT+8)
Please download and use this template to prepare your abstract. Please submit the abstract as a .docx or *.doc file. Do not submit as a *.pdf file.
Please click below to register (no payment required at this stage) and submit your abstract.
For Students/Postdoctoral Fellows opting for "Oral Preferred": if the abstract is not selected for a contributed oral presentation for the main program, it will be offered a poster presentation at the main program, AND be considered for an oral presentation for the ECS symposium (22nd June 2026). (Just to be clear, ECS oral presenters are also offered poster presentations during the CMDS main program.)
You will receive an email notification upon successfully submitting your abstract. You may revise your abstract and other details (up till the submission deadline) by following the link in that email.
We aim to complete the oral presentation selection process by early March 2026.
If you wish to only attend the conference without presenting (oral or poster), you are most welcome. You can go straight to the "Conference Fees" subpage (when it opens for payment).
